ONLINE ANALYSIS – WHAT’S THE DETAILS?

The online analysis is the best way to have us personally look over your running shoes, feet and history, all from the comfort of your own home or office, here’s the detail:

1/Fill in the questionnaire and upload your footage.

On average this would take anywhere from 10-15 minutes to do and is exactly the same questions as what you’d get if you walked into any Running Company store nationally.

2/Make the $50 deposit payment.

This will be deducted from the final cost of shoes.

3/We’ll be in touch.

Via phone the same or next day (time dependent) to have a quick chat and confirm your footage, history etc and talk through anything else that we couldn’t get from the questionnaire.

4/Payment and shoes!

We will send you the two very best options we recommend to help keep you moving and injury free. We need to take full payment for the shoes and also a $20 two way shipping fee. We also include a return Australia Post bag so that you can have the opportunity to send back the shoes which didn’t feel the best. All shipping to you is via Australia Post Express Post next day delivery so you can have your wheels as soon as possible.

5/Follow up.

We’ll arrange a time to call and follow up with you to see which shoes fitted/felt the best and confirm your either send back or keep of the 2nd pair of shoes.

Upon receiving the shoes back in the same condition they left the store (resalable condition, tags, no outsole wear etc) we will fully refund the price of the shoes onto your card immediately.

You can have 5 business days to decide which are the best for you but 9 times out of 10, as soon as you put both pairs on, you’ll know which fit and feel the best!

Our goal is your goal.

We know that everyone can’t get into a Running Company store, especially those whom live in rural areas – that doesn’t mean you can’t have access to what others whom live closer do – that’s the reason why we created the online analysis.

GIFT CARDS – ONLINE AND INSTORE?

Gift Cards purchased online are only available to be used online.

This is great for that runner out there whom needs the online analysis but doesn’t live near a Running Company store.

If you live near a store, drop them a line and they can arrange for one to be emailed out or posted out – whatever is most convenient for you!

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Shopping at The Running Company is easy:

Browse through the store, once you have found an item, choose your size and quantity and click the ‘add to cart’ button on the product page, you can add items to your cart and continue shopping, just click on the continue shopping button.

When you are ready to check out, review the items in your cart by clicking on the ‘cart’ button at the top of the page. Click on proceed to purchase and follow the steps to complete your order.

Is GST included?
GST is included on all prices on our Australian website and tax invoice will show the GST component.

DO I NEED TO SETUP AN ACCOUNT?

You can shop at The Running Company without creating an account. However if you register with us you will be privy to the benefitting from having your address details so you can shop even quicker next time.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

At The Running Company your privacy is very important to us. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

Forgotten Password
To reset your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure The Running Company uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser you will see it begin with ‘https:’ instead of the normal ‘http:’. This means that you are in secure mode.
