If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase and would like an exchange or refund, please read the information below that details out what to do.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CREDITS

There is no return or exchange on sale items.

If there is a manufacturing fault with a sale item, you are protected by the state and federal consumer laws and have a right to a replacement or refund, see refunds / manufacturing faults below.

You have 20 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it left the store. Your item must be in the original packaging, tags and condition and you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be liable for the cost of the return postage.

REFUNDS & MANUFACTURING FAULTS

Refunds will only be given in the case of a manufacturing fault or if the goods do not match the description on the website.

You will need to post the item back at your expense. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
